Emo is not a name of a hair style but it is a state of mind wherein a person prefers unique fashion, hairstyle and attitude. They want to be different and refuse to abide by the laws of the society. They use fashion and basically their hairstyle to express themselves. The whole idea behind this is to express oneself and not just looks and as a beauty statement. Hence these styles keep on changing. It may change from season to season or even daily. Some peculiar features are seen in these types of hair styles. Emo hair styles are just basically letting down your hair and do it the way you like it. The look may sometimes be messy. These hair styles do not use any accessories. There are no hair pins, ribbons or ties involved. Some times an emo person may wear a clasp in front in the bangs. These hair styles do not follow normal norms. These people believe inbeing different from the crowd. They never try to fit into it. Even the style of accessories like bags, shoes, music is always funky.
